Elm Street Yoga Studio is an Iyengar Yoga Studio in downtown Columbia, Missouri. We are compassionate and trained Iyengar Yoga teachers, with a strong commitment to exploring the transforming and healing path of yoga. We offer many levels of Iyengar yoga. Classes are a balance of strength/stamina, flexibility, balance, and awareness. Classes begin every 5-7 weeks.
